We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and unused by you. You might also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can check the issue and make it right.
Notwithstanding any of the above, you can return any item for any reason, by simply returning it to us postmarked within 10 working days of receipt. We believe this exceeds the statutory requirements of the UK Distance Selling Regulations covering on-line purchases.
In the first instance, customers should notify us of the impending or desired return by email. We will email you with an acknowledgement and customers can then return the unwanted item to us. For the return of high-value goods, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery of returned items. You should always obtain proof of postage from your post office and the packaging should clearly show the postage cost to facilitate any refund that might be due.
We will always refund the full cost you paid for an item, including any shipping and handling costs in respect of postage from us to you. We will also refund any return postage cost for returned items that are delivered in error or are damaged or are materially different from their description on this website. For all other returns (including any returned under the Distance Selling Regulations) the cost of return postage is borne by the purchaser. If no returns are involved then we will issue any refund within 3 working days of order cancellation. If you are returning an item the refund will be made within three working days of our receipt of the returned item. We will normally refund any monies by the same method by which the original payment was made. Thus, PayPal payments will be refunded by PayPal, etcetera. The one exception is where we received the original payment in cash when we will issue a cheque (or PayPal refund) for any refund due as we do not send cash under any circumstances. All refunds will be made in UK pounds sterling.
